Keri and Dan | Winter Wonderland | London Ontario Engagement Photography

Gorgeous couples in love! We’re so lucky to do this. Cinema, video, or photos, capturing real emotions and real stories of real life and real couples.
When we talk with couples in our office they have us laughing and often in tears too as we hear their stories of how they met. Not two the same, everyone is different and sometimes people grow up miles and miles away from each other and some live right down the street all their lives and never meet until….just the right timing in their lives.
Growing up a long country road away from each other….that’s all…just a long road, but a short distance. She had heard of him and he probably of her, but it wasn’t until they officially met last Spring and it seemed like they had known each other forever. Then the proposal, take a look on youtube and we’ve managed to catch a few shots here and there of Keri and Dan since then and here are a few more. We only had a couple minutes last weekend but they braved the cold and snow to have a few fun shots.
We’re extra blessed because Keri and Dan are family.

Frosty Morning | Metabones Speedbooster Mini Review | Sony NEX 7 and Canon 70-200 2.8 | Lee Mann Productions

A few frames of the frosty morning from the Sony NEX 7 with Canon 24mm 1.4 now a 16.8mm 1.0
I also went out to test the new Metabones Speedbooster with the Sony NEX 7 and some of my Canon glass. First up in the video was the 70-200 2.8 IS All shot wide open, which with the Metabones Speedbooster makes it a 2.0 lens. All footage is straight from camera no grading.

I will be shooting more over the next few days and will be adding more to this blog post. Stay tuned!

I also took a quick flight out over the trees with one of my remote control helicopters! More on those soon too!

Friends | London Ontario Photography

Shakespeare said, “A friend is one that knows you as you are, understands where you have been, accepts what you have become, and still, gently allows you to grow.”
How awesome to say that 9 girls, several that have known each other since they were babies…can still now in their twenties still walk with each other in a special friendship.
These girls are all special to each other in so many different ways and so doing a photo shoot together was just a fun thing to do.
Girlfriends are one of the “musts” in life.

Tabatha and Nate | Engaged | London Ontario Wedding Photography

It was at a house party that Tabatha and her sister were hosting in 2007, that Nate showed up with some out of town friends. They hit it off right away! Both had just got out of relationships and were cheering to the single life! As time went on Tabatha and Nate grew closer together and fell crazy in love. It’s true that love always happens when you least expect it.
Nate proposed April 5th 2012. They were heading to her parents house in Brockville for Easter, but right before they left he told their dog to go see mommy. She came running to Tabatha with a ring tied to her collar. Tabatha fell to the ground in shock and that’s when he asked her to spend the rest of his life with him! So far that has been happiest day of their lives. Tabatha and Nate can’t wait till their wedding in Montego Bay, Jamaica February 28 2013!
