They met through his old roommate and after that brief meeting she would see him at Jim Bob Rays where he worked and she thought how cute the bouncer was! After their random encounters Ben finally tracked Julia down where he treated her to lunch at SUBWAY! This started their love for subway and each other. Some of the things Ben and Julia enjoy doing together throughout their relationship are traveling…in fact they’ve been lucky to go to such destinations as California, Mexico & Jamaica.
Also they both enjoy baseball and have enjoyed a coed tournament together every now and then. The jersey that she wore in the E shoot was Ben’s from when he represented Team Canada in 2000.
Our team had a great time doing Julia and Ben’s engagement shoot and we look forward to their wedding coming up in just a couple of months.

He knew he wanted to marry her. He told his grandma right from the beginning he would marry her. He tucked notes at the school they were working at, in her pockets. With an amazing sense of humor and both with winning smiles and hearts that are huge with love for others and each other Erica and Bryan woke up to an amazing day of sunshine on July 10. You usually hear that opposites attract and quite often that is true but in the case of this couple there are so many similarities! They both love their families, they are creative, they love sports, they teach, they love working with kids and they absolutely love laughing and having fun and love people! There was not a cloud in the sky as the guests gathered at the Baseball Hall of Fame, St. Mary’s Ontario. Erica and Bryan love baseball and the wedding was themed around baseball.

It was beautiful and the grounds where the reception was held at Grandma Westman’s farm were breathtaking. Erica, her grandma and family hadn’t missed any details and everything was amazing as the guests had an incredible time. The night ended in fireworks and a dance under the beautiful tent and our LMP team had a great time working with everyone and we want to wish Erica and Bryan a most incredible life together and best wishes as they share all their joys and dreams!
