Its been a long winter here in Ontario. So when we first met with Tabatha and Nate we were excited that they were planning a destination wedding in Jamaica, and even more so as the date got closer and the groundhogs prediction of an early spring weren’t coming true. It was an amazing time in sunny and hot Montego Bay and a great place to have a wedding! A wedding is normally a one day event, but for Tabatha and Nate and their friends and family they welcomed the week in the Caribbean celebrating together, and so did we and can’t wait to go back again, or a least hope that it starts to warm up back home pretty soon! The story of Tabby and Nate started 5 years ago and they would have never have imagined they would each find the love of their lives! Its something you dream of your whole life and when you find it, life without it is unimaginable. This story began all because two people fell in love!

They both knew each other from the same program a UWO, but didn’t really talk much until 4th year and then it happened and they bonded as they shared their hearts after both losing one parent to cancer. They soon couldn’t be separated and wanted to spend time together. Stacy and Aaron’s love for each other is so real. They are so free to be themselves with each other. We have loved every minute spending with them while they were just themselves in front of the camera. Congratulations to the two of you! Like many fairytale love stories this one starts out in a land far far away….called Israel. Both Michelle and Moshe were living separate lives 9,266 km apart. So you may be wondering how these two met.

It all happened through a sheduch (set up) arranged by their siblings that took place while Michelle was visiting Israel for her birthday. Yes, Moshe and Michelle both found themselves on a blind date. Ever since the first time Michelle met Moshe his romantic gestures and creative dates blew her away. He spent all summer using his magic on her and tada, Michelle found herself under the spell of love.

Even though an ocean separates this couple, Moshe continues to romance Michelle with his love letters, presents in the mail and surprise videos.

Moshe put his romance into full gear on New Years Eve while Michelle was back in Israel for a visit. His Beauty and the Beast inspired proposal consisted of flowers, music, rose petals, photos, a glass encased rose from their first date with a large wall sticker asking, “Will you marry me?” But that’s not all; prince charming arranged for fireworks and an engagement party for friends and family immediately following the words “yes.”

This couple is looking forward to finally being on the same contentment so they can live out their Happily Ever After. Mazal Tov Moshe and Michelle!

You’ve probably heard it before many times that if someone would have told them that they were going to marry each other 5 years ago it would have seemed crazy. But somehow things change and now they can’t even imagine life without the other.

It’s exactly like that for Ashley and Matt. With Ashley, we got to watch her growing up. She’s beautiful, independent, so much fun and yet sincere. You can always have a great conversation with her and she is always about helping people. As we said, she was always independent and fun so if there was going to be a guy in her life he would have to be pretty special. No, not just ordinary, but truly fun and special. Because Ashley is Lee’s cousin we could tell this relationship was different that first Christmas we met Matt. Yes, she definitely had such an excitement and such a connection with him. He made her laugh even more and smile and he was such a great guy for her. They told us that their life together consists of laughing all the time and we could really see it when we were out together even on their engagement shoot. They are very different and yet have so many similarities. There’s always those little things that are special between couples and for Matt and Ashley, he is such a big blue jay fan and now Ashley has joined the band wagon and together they just love going to games. He’s perfect for her and she brings out the very best in him.
Their engagement was pretty special too as Matt prepared a picnic all by himself last summer on August 19 and after canoeing to their favorite spot he asked her the question.

Remember Ben Stein, the teacher from Ferris Bueller’s Day Off? Add about 30 years and a giant gray beard. Then spend 3 days locked in a class on rubber rheology with nothing but a droaning voice and your fellow Goodyear rubber geeks.
Bret noticed a cute girl in the class. She was reading a book. He would later learn this was a sign of things to come. Vanessa wanted this boy to go away. She was reading Twilight a cheesy vampire romance. Bret was relentless in his pursuit. At the end of the day, Vanessa asked Bret if he would go out for drinks with the few out of towner’s who weren’t socially inept. The next few days included a short hike at the falls and a fantastic dinner at the classy Piatto Novo in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. Vanessa thought ,”This guy has class.” Bret liked only having to pay for 1/2 of the date!

So began the courtship of Bret and Vanessa.

What an incredible couple that just love to have fun together and laugh and be themselves. Thanks guys for a really fun time out in the snow with you and we can’t wait for your wedding this summer!

High school sweethearts! She had a big crush on him but they were just friends. Grade 10 came along and they became closer friends and hung out a lot. Grade 11 came and they were best friends by that point. Both Kaitlyn and Dan were both seeing other people but stayed really close friends. By Winter 2004 (grade 11), they started dating, finally, after everyone kept telling them they would one day be together, They’ve been together ever since! Kaitlyn and Dan planned a backpacking trip across Europe this spring starting in one of her favorite places in the world, Paris, France! One evening there they bought cheese, wine, a baguette and strawberries to have a picnic by the light show at the Eiffel tower. After having their late night dinner they walked through Trucadero (an area in front of the tower) where he proposed on a bench while the tower was twinkling at night!

It was at a house party that Tabatha and her sister were hosting in 2007, that Nate showed up with some out of town friends. They hit it off right away! Both had just got out of relationships and were cheering to the single life! As time went on Tabatha and Nate grew closer together and fell crazy in love. It’s true that love always happens when you least expect it.
Nate proposed April 5th 2012. They were heading to her parents house in Brockville for Easter, but right before they left he told their dog to go see mommy. She came running to Tabatha with a ring tied to her collar. Tabatha fell to the ground in shock and that’s when he asked her to spend the rest of his life with him! So far that has been happiest day of their lives. Tabatha and Nate can’t wait till their wedding in Montego Bay, Jamaica February 28 2013!

They went to the same high school together but they never started dating till she was in University. Both Christine and Patrick just love doing outdoor activities together and even fishing!
Such a fun couple and such great personalities together! We just loved being around you and hear you laugh together! Can’t wait till your wedding!

Thirteen years working together! Bruce is an officer, and Jodi is a dispatcher! They are absolutely so perfect for each other! From the first minute we met them both we knew they just loved doing anything together and so we were so lucky for our team to work with them and Jodi and Bruce you really are special and really were great to work with.
Rain and all….even though the day before your wedding was so perfect and yet on your wedding day it turned rainy and pretty cool, still it showed that you both as long as together make the best of anything…any weather and will have an incredible life together.

Everyone says rain on your wedding day is “good luck” so whether it’s good luck or just the weather we still tell our couple’s that weather isn’t going to spoil our day. Still, it takes a special couple like Andrea and Aleem to decide just to enjoy the cold windy wet October day that they had and have a great time and they certainly did.
