So the London area had an intense thunderstorm early this morning that brought tons of lightning, hail, and strong winds and lasted for over 2 hours. The storm also took out power to much of the city and surrounding areas. Here is what I saw when the sun came up…

May 6, 2011 held at North Park Community Church London, Ontario 200 business owners, employees and representatives gathered to listen to some amazing speakers.
Our Lee Mann Productions Team was pleased to be involved and to cover the event for the day.
The theme was: Voices of Change Every leader has a unique voice. One offers direction, while another inspires. Some voices impact lives without uttering a single word.

Friday, March 18,2011 was an incredible evening at Centennial Hall, London Ontario where the OHM Fashion Show was held. OHM is a unique fashion event featuring some of the most spectacular student designs from across Ontario and highly choreographed dance sequences. Each year OHM donates the net proceeds raised through the fashion show to the Canadian Cancer Society to support the fight against cancer!
The show was a huge success and was sold out and LMP Productions was proud to be involved again this year.

After LMP has been involved for several years, we have to admit that no other university does fashion show season quite like the University of Western Ontario. Forget about cramming all the shows into seven days, Western’s season runs for nearly three months. What’s not to love about that?

Inarguably, the biggest show of the year (every year) is CAISA’s Fashion Show. They’ve been in production for twelve years and as they say, they’re only getting finer with age. This time around they made their production bigger and better than ever. The theme for 2011 was Allure, and the show was so beautiful with a full story line, team of dancers, and outrageously hilarious emcees.

Last Saturday March 19,2011 at Centennial Hall with a packed house there wasn’t a dull moment! It was fantastic and our photo and cinema team were so happy to be a part of it.

On January 29/11 The University Students’ Council Held their Charity Ball 2011 – Western’s Sweet Dream In Support of The Boys & Girls Club of London! Several thousand students and guests attended the beautiful event at the Convention Centre, London, Ontario. Our LMP team was happy to participate this year again and be involved in this wonderful fundraising event!

December3 was a beautiful evening with just a few snowflakes coming down….(before the big snowfall!). The house was beautifully decorated and as we came up to the door, we could hear the music playing.
Jeff House had organized a Christmas Party for friends and business associates and also as a fundraiser for charity.

Jeff has a great place and had a great selection of appetizers and h’ordeuvres. People just kept coming and soon the place was full. Jeff had arranged “String Thing” to play and everyone enjoyed the Christmas music they played.
It was an awesome evening and LMP was happy to be a part of it and take some photos to celebrate the occasion.

Many years from now, most of us in London, Ontario and area will remember the “December 2010 Snow Storm.”
Whether you are sore from shoveling, or loved having the days off of school, or work you will remember that it just seemed to never stop.
We had several excursions out on the road that we had to take and it was quite scary as we couldn’t see in front of us and the amount of snow was pulling our vehicle off the road.

What a relief this morning to see blue skies and just tiny snowflakes coming down instead of the huge amount of snowflakes that we’ve seen over the past 2 days!
But, wait…I just looked out our office window as I’m writing this and I can’t believe what I see….the white stuff is coming down thick again…is it ever going to end?

Students in their final year at Fanshawe College in the Fashion Design Program, finished their year in style at their annual UNBOUND Fashion Show. Twenty students had models show their final collections at this high profile event held at the Museum, London, Ontario last Thursday, April 16 with two shows. What a show it was as the students that participated in the runway show got to greet industry professionals. The students who participated in the show were evaluated by a jury of leaders in the Canadian fashion industry including acclaimed fashion designers.

What an exceptional show of fashion it was as Lee Mann Productions had the opportunity to shoot both photos and a cinema feature (video) for the event.

Congratulations to all the students and also those that walked away with awards for an exceptional job and great designs!

The 12th Annual CAISA Fashion Show took place on Saturday March 27, 2010 and Lee Mann Productions Photography and Cinema was proud to be involved in it again this year. The CAISA Fashion Show is the Unviersity of Western Ontario’s biggest Charity Fashion Show and this year, it was held at the London Convention Centre. Previously, CAISA has donated over $55,000 over the last six years to the Children’s Health Foundation and has attracted audiences of 1500+ each year. Previous attendees such as Sutherland Models (Canada’s Next Top Model) have also attended. CAISA was excited this year to support the Children’s Health Foundation again. The event was sold out and LMP had a wonderful time while we got to meet many of you that were involved as well as support this charity!

Former CAISA models have landed appearances on Canada’s Next Top Model, and more. CAISA always commits to producing a unique charity fashion show that entertains and enlarges community awareness. It was an awesome evening with edgy designs, live music, and entertainment.

Lee Mann Productions was proud to be part in the annual Infusion Fashion Show in support of Cancer Survival. The event is organized by Infusion Canada, an organization supporting young cancer survivors, providing bursaries and grants to assist with education and other needs.
