Her candid expressions, sweetness, and love for fun makes her like a magnet to everyone she meets. The moment you meet her you can’t help but love her and you just feel good being around her.
She has everything he’s looking for. Somewhat opposite as many couples are, but what a lucky guy Brad is.

What a perfect package Amanda and Brad are and you could just sense that all the way through their January evening wedding. They came “home” from Australia to get married at the exquisite London Club in London Ontario.
It was elegant, beautiful with touches of vintage and yet modern and the two of them were super excited!

Love on the ice. For this sweet couple they grew up absolutely loving the ice. She loved figure skating and he loved hockey.Jessica figure skated since she was 2 years old and Ryan played hockey since he was 4 and both sports shaped the people they are today. Ry and Jessica met when he moved to london from Calgary in grade 10. They were friends right away after she gave him her number for a group project. They texted non stop and were really good friends for a couple years and eventually she got up the guts to ask him out and they’ve been happily ever after ever since! They did long distance for a while when he went to school in Toronto and Jessica went to Western. She moved to Toronto as soon as she graduated. Ryan proposed while they were on a Carribbean cruise with her parents in 2010. The love and dedication they had to their sports has now been transferred into love and dedication for one another!

So I have been on a bit of a “vacation” the last few weeks. I have been spending time with my amazing girlfriend Ghislaine up north at her families place near Penetanguishene Ontario, yeah thats probably one of the longest city names in Ontario, even my GPS has a hard time saying it. Being about 3 hours (3 and a half to 4 when my mom asks) north of London, there seems to be a lot more snow and a lot colder temperatures. But there are some amazing opportunities to take some great photos too. Snow, Sunsets and Iceburgs always make for some interesting captures, so I thought I would share a few here on the blog. Oh and I add in a few of this beautiful girl that just happened to be walking with me!

It all started when he was her football coach and now about 8 years later he is her best friend and the love of her life and on Saturday, February 26th they were full of smiles as they exchanged vows at Colbourne Street United Church, London, Ontario.

Most couples would rather choose spring, summer, or fall to get married but for Meagan and Chris they wanted a winter wedding! In fact they really wanted an outside winter wedding, but the spot just didn’t work out for the outside part but they did have a gorgeous winter February day, with the reception held at Centennial Hall, London, Ontario. Actually it started out not too cold and a little snowy, but by the end of the afternoon the wedding party would tell you it was quite cold, not just a little; but they were so fun to work with and our team loved every minute doing their cinematography and photos as well.
As you will agree, Meagan took Chris’ breath away as she came down the aisle toward him. He felt so lucky…she was beautiful inside and out and for Meagan she couldn’t wait to be his wife!

What a lot of fun we had for all parts of the day but it was cool that just before the ceremony, in fact about 30 minutes before, the guys threw on their skates at Victoria Park, London, Ontario and played some hockey…..in their tuxes!

Meagan and Chris, you are a wonderful couple, just meant to be and LMP wishes you congratulations! Our team had a blast and doesn’t want it to be over….we can’t wait to do an AfterShoot with you!

You’ve heard it many times, that opposites attract. Jenn and Josh are very opposite, but they have a connection that is so strong and they are so in love! They’ve known each other for a long time since they met in school. Such an awesome couple, loved so much by their family and friends and what an incredible wedding party they had, so full of fun.
February 5/11 started out like just a nice winter’s day, but then by the afternoon the snow was coming down so hard. Jenn’s parent’s own a school bus company so it was so great that the busses were used to pick up guests and take them to The Greens at Renton, a beautiful golf club in Simcoe, Ontario.
Jenn and Josh LMP was so happy to do your wedding photography and we wish you an incredible life together! Congratulations!

It was September 2003 when they first met. Chris was a soph at Meagan’s residence and was the coach of her football team. Walking to the field the first day of practice Chris and the other coaches all drafted their first picks of females on the field and Chris chose the girl wearing shorts with dancer written across her bum – Meagan! Likewise she chose to separate herself from her girlfriends to play offense because the offensive coach was gorgeous…Meagan told us. But we say she had nothing to worry about as you can see for yourself in the photos how beautiful Meagan is! Chris and Meagan slowly became friends throughout the year but it wasn’t until December 22nd 2004 making out to Gavin Degraw in her parent’s basement that they officially became boyfriend and girlfriend. Chris’ persistency despite her many efforts to push him away, showed her that a relationship with him would mean something serious. He was so sure of their future, it was impossible not to fall head over heels in love, she said.

Chris proposed to Meagan after almost 6 years of dating. They went up to the cottage in Kipawa Quebec for what she thought was another one of her dad’s work weekends involving hauling wood, chopping trees, and carrying heavy things. The morning was full of snow and the trails were perfect for ATVing so her dad and Meagan took the dogs on the back trails while the rest of the family and Chris took the boat into town for some supplies to help with the day’s tasks. They were gone for over an hour and on the way back her dad sent Meagan ahead while he dropped by a neighbor’s camp. He asked her to grab an axe he had left on the dock and return it to another neighbor for him. Meagan took her time walking down the stairs to the dock and when she arrived there was Chris amidst the freshly fallen snow surrounded by a fire he had made, beside a table filled with their favorite caramel brownie cheesecake, Meagan’s strawberry Wild Vine wine, red roses, and candles. Most importantly though there he was in a handsome suit down on one knee with a ring box open in his hands. Meagan, dressed in her dad’s sweater, baggy track pants, Chris’ jacket, mom’s boots, and a beaver hat immediately cried and of course said yes!

Our LMP team had such an amazing time with Meagan and Chris out on a freezing cold January evening. It was so cold….but they were so brave. Meagan was especially brave as being a dancer and dance teacher she had a special little dress for fun that her dad had bought for her and she wore that as you can see as one of their change ups….It was perfect for doing a few dance moves in the alley way….but very, very cold.
The Symposium is a favorite place of theirs where they stop almost weekly for their favorite cheesecake so we made a stop there as well. It was an awesome evening and we absolutely can’t wait to do their wedding photography and cinematography on Feb. 26/11 when they will be married in London, Ontario.
Congratulations to the two of you and keep loving each other and having as much fun in your life as you both are right now!

December3 was a beautiful evening with just a few snowflakes coming down….(before the big snowfall!). The house was beautifully decorated and as we came up to the door, we could hear the music playing.
Jeff House had organized a Christmas Party for friends and business associates and also as a fundraiser for charity.

Jeff has a great place and had a great selection of appetizers and h’ordeuvres. People just kept coming and soon the place was full. Jeff had arranged “String Thing” to play and everyone enjoyed the Christmas music they played.
It was an awesome evening and LMP was happy to be a part of it and take some photos to celebrate the occasion.

Many years from now, most of us in London, Ontario and area will remember the “December 2010 Snow Storm.”
Whether you are sore from shoveling, or loved having the days off of school, or work you will remember that it just seemed to never stop.
We had several excursions out on the road that we had to take and it was quite scary as we couldn’t see in front of us and the amount of snow was pulling our vehicle off the road.

What a relief this morning to see blue skies and just tiny snowflakes coming down instead of the huge amount of snowflakes that we’ve seen over the past 2 days!
But, wait…I just looked out our office window as I’m writing this and I can’t believe what I see….the white stuff is coming down thick again…is it ever going to end?

Being that its such a nice day out today, I thought that I would post a few photos of the snow and ice…enjoy!
